Returns
We accept returns only for defective products. If you receive a defective item, please follow these steps to initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support team at info@ntic.in within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Provide a clear description of the defect, along with photos or videos as proof.
- Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the defective product.
Important Notes
- Returns will not be accepted for reasons other than product defects.
- The defective product must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.
- Refunds or replacements will only be processed after we inspect the returned item and verify the defect.
